In a heartbreaking and emotional interview, Yameen’s father talks about the moment he was informed of his son’s murder, events that happened at the hospital, the cover-up of the crime scene, their life in India, coming back to the Maldives in 2010, death threats Yameen had been receiving and much more.
Yameen’s father also asks Maldivian youth to not give up in our fight for justice in the country and to take inspiration from the bravery of his son did in the face of injustices we experience daily.
